STOP COLLECTOR HARASSMENT! Get some breathing room
Collection agencies and their debt collectors have no right to harass, intimidate, coerce, or
use abusive tactics in recovering past due debts owed to their client.
Every debt collector is aware of these rules. Unfortunately, a few choose to ignore the rules
and in some cases go well overboard in their abuse of people who are past due debts.
There is a way to stop the harassment by these types of debt collectors and it as simple as
writing a letter to the offending collection agency requesting that they cease
communications to your home or place of business.
