However, your list may include
expenses others may not have on
their list.
For example, if it is essential that you
have a cell phone to perform your job
on a daily bases then it is important
that you pay the cell phone bill or you
will lose your job.
On the other hand, if you are
stationary at work where you are
close to a landline phone, then it may
not be essential to have a cell phone
expense.
If children are in school, is it essential to pay additional money for cell phones that are not
to be used during classes?
If a child has a part-time job with odd hours or needs a cell phone to help coordinate family
activities, then it may wind up under the 'essential umbrella'. However, if it is needed to chat
with friends, then it may not be essential.
The idea here is that during your attack on debt, and while you are executing your strategy
for credit repair, it is important to analyze true essential debt and drop all together the
NON-essential debt.
This is a tough one and it is easier said than done.
But if you want to get serious about eliminating debt and living debt free, it is extremely
important that you free up as much available cash to dramatically pay down and quickly
eliminate credit card debt as well as all other types of debt.
